The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.57 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 166.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 75.33 per cent at Rs 14.71 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.39 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 71.74 per cent to Rs 12.76 crore from Rs 7.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 103.13 per cent to Rs 1.95 crore as against Rs 0.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.63 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 26.67 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.45 crore).
