The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.35 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 84.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 416.28 per cent at Rs 8.88 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 398.81 per cent to Rs 8.38 crore from Rs 1.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 1150.00 per cent to Rs 0.50 crore as against Rs 0.04 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 128.69 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 187.50 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore (Dec'24 Rs -0.16 crore).
