To consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2025 as per IND-AS along with Limited Review Report to be issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company in pursuance of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015.\r\n2.
