The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.98 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 51.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 32.75 per cent at Rs 69.89 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 103.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.27 per cent to Rs 37.15 crore from Rs 33.09 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 53.78 per cent to Rs 32.74 crore as against Rs 70.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 31.26 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 502.70 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.23 crore, while Taxation decreased by 61.10 per cent at Rs 6.92 crore (Dec'24 Rs 17.79 crore).
