The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.77 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.31 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 29.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.73 per cent at Rs 244.58 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 238.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.55 per cent to Rs 224.42 crore from Rs 221.00 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 126.17 per cent at Rs 2.42 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.96 per cent to Rs 20.16 crore as against Rs 17.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.76 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 70.80 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 16.20 per cent at Rs 3.73 crore (Dec'24 Rs 3.21 crore).
