The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.95 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 3800.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 207.87 per cent at Rs 9.39 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 3.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 104.21 per cent to Rs 5.33 crore from Rs 2.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 28.57 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 825.00 per cent to Rs 4.07 crore as against Rs 0.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 198.48 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 508.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.52 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1150.00 per cent at Rs -0.21 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.02 crore).
