The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 97.63 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 51.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 91.21 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.13 per cent at Rs 549.18 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 428.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.63 per cent to Rs 370.21 crore from Rs 317.41 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 10.58 per cent at Rs 8.45 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 9.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 60.96 per cent to Rs 178.97 crore as against Rs 111.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 25.64 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 62.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 94.78 per cent at Rs 32.84 crore (Dec'24 Rs 16.86 crore).
