The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.87 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 29.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.50 per cent at Rs 32.13 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 30.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.98 per cent to Rs 21.18 crore from Rs 21.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 22.22 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 31.41 per cent to Rs 10.96 crore as against Rs 8.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 23.34 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 5.30 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.59 crore, while Taxation increased by 156.76 per cent at Rs 1.90 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.74 crore).
