The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.83 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 39.25 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.79 per cent at Rs 461.05 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 388.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.52 per cent to Rs 444.67 crore from Rs 368.96 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 49.59 per cent at Rs 2.46 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.88 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 14.52 per cent to Rs 16.37 crore as against Rs 19.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 27.99 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 39.74 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.47 crore, while Taxation decreased by 69.25 per cent at Rs 1.23 crore (Dec'24 Rs 4.00 crore).
