The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 65.02 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 57.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.49 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 14.64 per cent at Rs 406.62 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 354.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.43 per cent to Rs 291.05 crore from Rs 252.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 19.97 per cent at Rs 7.21 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 6.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.69 per cent to Rs 115.95 crore as against Rs 102.89 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.72 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 8.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.42 crore, while Taxation increased by 27.64 per cent at Rs 22.12 crore (Dec'24 Rs 17.33 crore).
