The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 27.46 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 8.67 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.37 per cent at Rs 274.55 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 237.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.14 per cent to Rs 221.02 crore from Rs 185.52 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 7.85 per cent at Rs 7.56 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 7.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.18 per cent to Rs 54.64 crore as against Rs 52.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.71 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 13.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.34 crore, while Taxation increased by 7.27 per cent at Rs 11.51 crore (Dec'24 Rs 10.73 crore).
