The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.33 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 79.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.77 per cent at Rs 155.49 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 158.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.76 per cent to Rs 147.84 crore from Rs 148.97 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 140.00 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.10 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 17.92 per cent to Rs 7.65 crore as against Rs 9.32 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.47 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 18.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.68 crore, while Taxation increased by 96.15 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.26 crore).
