The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.71 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.22 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 222.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.99 per cent at Rs 12.59 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.24 per cent to Rs 10.86 crore from Rs 9.59 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 60.19 per cent to Rs 1.73 crore as against Rs 1.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 36.04 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 6.82 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 81.82 per cent at Rs 0.20 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.11 crore).
