Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors on the above financial statements.\r\nThe Board approved inclusion of Centennial Finance Private Limited as a part of 'Promoter Group' of the Company in accordance with criteria set out under Regulation 2(1) (pp) of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.\r\n
