. Tasma has filed writ petition W.A. 947 of 2019 on behalf of batch of mills regarding deemed demand benefit. The High Court of Madurai pronounced order on 5-1-2026 which was forwarded by TASMA to the company. The company has availed 50% of deemed demand benefits payable to TANGEDCO . The Madurai High court has issued order in favour of TANGEDCO and the benefit availed is claimed back . TASMA is filing appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on behalf of member mills.
