The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.03 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 98.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 55.38 per cent at Rs 54.74 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 35.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 57.49 per cent to Rs 54.49 crore from Rs 34.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 8.96 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.67 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 59.68 per cent to Rs 0.25 crore as against Rs 0.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 74.01 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 109.09 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore (Dec'24 Rs -0.88 crore).
