The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.25 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.56 per cent at Rs 80.11 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 59.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 37.79 per cent to Rs 69.49 crore from Rs 50.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 34.62 per cent at Rs 2.38 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.64 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.09 per cent to Rs 10.62 crore as against Rs 9.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.76 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 233.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 48.22 per cent at Rs 3.06 crore (Dec'24 Rs 5.91 crore).
