The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 30.45 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 88.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.96 per cent at Rs 115.57 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 97.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.89 per cent to Rs 92.94 crore from Rs 75.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1079.78 per cent at Rs 21.59 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.83 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2.26 per cent to Rs 22.63 crore as against Rs 22.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.05 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 7.40 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.63 crore, while Taxation increased by 346.11 per cent at Rs 4.11 crore (Dec'24 Rs -1.67 crore).
