The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.18 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 78.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 42.73 per cent at Rs 27.09 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.47 per cent to Rs 25.54 crore from Rs 19.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.53 per cent at Rs 0.94 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.90 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 616.67 per cent to Rs 1.55 crore as against Rs -0.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 459.75 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 10.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.84 crore, while Taxation increased by 800.00 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.04 crore).
