To note the ineligibility of one of the proposed allottees of the Warrant(s) issue of the Company.\r\n2. To consider and approve issuance of corrigendum to shareholders pursuant to Regulation 163 of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018, publication of newspaper advertisement of the corrigendum, opening of e-voting window for 48 hours and appointment of Scrutinizer for voting results.\r\n3. To authorise Managing Director / Company Secretary/ any Director(s) of the company to undertake all necessary filings, disclosures, and compliances in this regard.\r\n4. Any other matter as required and decided by the board.
