The Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e., 13 February, 2026 has considered and approved the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons pursuant to amended SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015
