The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.43 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 40.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.40 per cent at Rs 19.73 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.22 per cent to Rs 20.05 crore from Rs 22.84 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 8.48 per cent at Rs 3.67 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.01 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 123.88 per cent to Rs -0.32 crore as against Rs 1.34 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 129.11 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 97.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 41.38 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.58 crore).
