The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.96 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 22.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 60.31 per cent at Rs 51.12 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 128.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 64.55 per cent to Rs 40.96 crore from Rs 115.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 65.43 per cent at Rs 1.34 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.81 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 23.26 per cent to Rs 10.16 crore as against Rs 13.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 93.39 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 17.02 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.80 crore, while Taxation decreased by 41.12 per cent at Rs 0.63 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.07 crore).
