The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.54 per cent at Rs 33.31 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.85 per cent to Rs 31.99 crore from Rs 28.86 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 58.82 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.68 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 51.11 per cent to Rs 1.32 crore as against Rs 2.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 53.68 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 111.90 per cent at Rs -0.10 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.84 crore).
