Pursuant to review and recommendation of Audit Committee of the Company the Board has considered and approved Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Reports for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025 of the current financial year 2025-26, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI LODR Regulations').
