The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.04 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.48 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 87.62 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.62 per cent at Rs 131.59 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 167.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.58 per cent to Rs 122.77 crore from Rs 142.06 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 27.22 per cent at Rs 1.15 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.58 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 65.83 per cent to Rs 8.82 crore as against Rs 25.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 56.44 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 175.24 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.89 crore, while Taxation decreased by 84.84 per cent at Rs 0.84 crore (Dec'24 Rs 5.54 crore).
