The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.07 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 75.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.26 per cent at Rs 55.67 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 61.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 12.22 per cent to Rs 50.72 crore from Rs 57.78 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit surged by 38.66 per cent to Rs 4.95 crore as against Rs 3.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 52.75 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 70.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.74 crore, while Taxation decreased by 8.70 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.23 crore).
