The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.10 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 340.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 920.63 per cent at Rs 12.86 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 549.74 per cent to Rs 12.54 crore from Rs 1.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 9.17 per cent at Rs 1.31 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 147.76 per cent to Rs 0.32 crore as against Rs -0.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 104.64 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 7.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.13 crore, while Taxation increased by 200.00 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.13 crore).
