The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.68 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 79.51 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 46.72 per cent at Rs 92.39 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 62.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 45.38 per cent to Rs 88.35 crore from Rs 60.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 63.33 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.30 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 83.64 per cent to Rs 4.04 crore as against Rs 2.20 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 25.21 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore
