The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.23 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 96.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 65.05 per cent at Rs 15.66 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 44.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 60.30 per cent to Rs 15.26 crore from Rs 38.44 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 93.72 per cent to Rs 0.40 crore as against Rs 6.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 82.00 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
