GST Demand Notice dated February 16,2026 has been received by the company on 23rd February,2026 from the office of the Superintendent , Range I, Central Goods and Services Tax Division-1, Derabassi, Government of Punjab imposing penalty and interest under Section 73 of the CGST Act.
