The Company has informed the Exchange that Mr. Ghanashyam Hegde, Legal Head, Executive Director and Company Secretary of the Company will be moving to a regional role in P&G as Vice President & Associate General Counsel - Market Operations, India, Middle East, Turkey & Africa effective July 1, 2026
