N R Agarwal Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the above-mentioned SEBI Circulars, the Company has received an amendment to the Consolidated Consent & Authorization (CCA) from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) permitting enhancement of production capacity at its Unit I situated at Plot No. 167, 169, Phase II, GIDC Estate, Vapi, District Valsad, Gujarat.The enhancement is subject to compliance with the conditions stipulated in the amended CCA.
