Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform you that the Company has received notices dated February 27, 2026 from NSE Ltd and BSE Ltd regarding non-compliance with the provisions of Regulation 17(1), 19(1)/19(2), 20(2)/(2A) and 21(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. In view of the said non-compliances a fine of Rs. 96,760 has been imposed by each of the Stock exchanges i.e. BSE and NSE
