Genesys International Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange about Action(s) taken or orders passedPursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, (SEBI LODR Regulations) we hereby inform you that the Company has received notices dated February 27, 2026 from National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Ltd. (BSE) regarding non-compliance with the provisions of Reg 17(1), 19(1)/19(2), 20(2)/(2A) and 21(2) of the SEBI LODR Regulations. In view of the said noncompliances, a fine of ₹96,760/- has been imposed by each of the Stock Exchanges i.e. NSE & BSE.
