We hereby informed that the Nomination Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on March 2, 2026 has approved and allotted 46283 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 240/- each upon exercise of options granted under ESOP 2024.
