To take note of the consent received from the holders of 2% Cumulative Preference Shares (unlisted) for variation/modification of the rights and terms attached to such shares from time to time, pursuant to Section 48 of the Companies Act, 2013.\r\n\r\n2. To consider and approve redemption of the 2% Cumulative Preference Shares of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Section 55 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the modified terms of issue of such shares.\r\n\r\n3.
