Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) has secured a contract worth approximately Rs 1,662 crore from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for the construction of a section of the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) in Mumbai.

The project has been awarded to the Aakshya-HCC joint venture, in which HCC holds a 49% stake. According to the company, the contract pertains to Phase IV of the GMLR project, marking a significant addition to its infrastructure portfolio.
