This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed by circulation today, i.e. March 20, 2026, has approved the shifting of the registered office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra to the National Capital Territory of Delhi and consequential alteration of the Clause II of Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to approval of members, central government and other regulatory approvals.
