In compliance with Regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule III of SEBI listing regulation, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 20/03/2026 has appointed Ms. Priyanka Rajora, PCS, Proprietor of M/S Rajora and Co. , Practicing Company Secretaries, Hyderabad as Secretarial Auditors of the Company, for a term upto ensuing AGM.
