FMCG contract manufacturer Hindustan Foods Ltd (HFL) has announced the acquisition of an ayurvedic, herbal beauty care, and cosmetics manufacturing facility from Ultra Beauty Care Pvt Ltd in Maharashtra for Rs 19.9 crore.

The company has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) on March 23, 2026, with Ultra Beauty Care Pvt Ltd and its authorised representatives for the acquisition of the unit located at C-15, Five Star Industrial Area, MIDC Shendra, Aurangabad, according to a regulatory filing.

HFL said the acquisition aligns with its strategy to expand its contract manufacturing capabilities and diversify into a broader portfolio of ayurvedic, herbal beauty, and cosmetic products.
