Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. Monday, 23rd March, 2026, has inter alia, approved the issuance of senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, transferable, non-convertible debentures of the aggregate nominal value of up to Rs. 19,50,00,000/- (Rupees Nineteen Crores and Fifty Lakhs only) on a private placement basis
