Vedanta Group firm Hindustan Zinc Ltd on Monday announced a partnership with Tata Steel to expand the use of its low-carbon zinc solution, EcoZen, in steel manufacturing.

The collaboration underscores both companies’ commitment to integrating climate-focused initiatives into their core operations and sourcing strategies.

In a filing to the BSE, Hindustan Zinc said it has strengthened its long-standing relationship with Tata Steel to enhance the adoption of EcoZen in sustainable steel production.
