The Securities Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide a resolution passed on March 23, 2026, has allotted 3,856 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each of the Company under a Scheme of ESOP 2016, to the eligible grantee, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted thereunder.
