Emkay Global Financial Services Limited has informed the Exchanges about receipt of Trading approval letter for 2,78,300 Equity Shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each allotted at the price of Rs. 239.50/- (including premium of Rs. 229.50/-) per equity share pursuant to conversion of warrants issued on a preferential basis to the Promoter of the Company in terms of Chapter V of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.
