L&T Technology Services Limited has informed the Exchange about entering into Business Transfer Agreement to sell and transfer the Smart World and Communication Business Unit of the Company comprising of the safe and smart segment and communication segment, on a slump sale basis to AMI Paradigm Solutions Private Limited.
