Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (\Listing Regulations\) read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, we would like to inform the exchanges that based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on March 26, 2026, approved and recommended to the members of the Company, the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 012754N/N500016) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a first term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of its 93rd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 98th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The requisite details in terms of the Listing Regulations and aforesaid circular are attached in \Annexure A\.
