Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A Part A of Schedule III of said Regulations, we wish to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e Thursday, 26th March, 2026 based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Ms. Arpita Harshad Doshi (Membership No.: A45554) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. 26th March , 2026 designated as the Key Managerial Personnel pursuant to the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Compliance Officer under Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the \Listing Regulations\) and Regulation 9(3) read with Regulation 2(1)(c) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015.
