In continuation of the disclosure of the Company dated February 09, 2026, regarding submission of resignation of Mr. Vijaya Gopala Raju, as Executive Director - Operations, we wish to inform that vide communication dated March 27, 2026, Mr. Vijaya Gopala Raju, has formally withdrawn the resignation and he shall continue as Executive Director - Operations of the Company.
