Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with para (7) of Part A of schedule III, and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Mr. Vaitheeswaran S. Vice President, personalised services forming part of senior management, have resigned from the services of the Company and getting relieved as of March 31st 2026.
